We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate your water-service needs, schedule service, and communicate by phone or email. Uploaded files are used to review the water information you provided.
Form Attachments
The website form processor is designed to validate and transmit accepted attachments by email rather than permanently retaining them in the public web directory. Email systems and normal business records may retain copies according to their own policies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers necessary to respond to your request, including certified laboratories when you authorize or request laboratory analysis.
